FREE reveal of June Upcoming Grants for Food, Agriculture, and the Environment
In this month of the summer solstice đ, we are taking some time to reset and reflect, which leads us to a few updates to announce -
First of all, we want to acknowledge three founding members who have been instrumental in getting this newsletter off the ground since its inception. Thank you to Catspring Yaupon, TomKat Ranch, and Craigâs Farm for your founding support of this newsletter, for finding the value in the work that we do, and helping it to get off the ground. Thank you!
From this point forward, we have decided to discontinue our Founding Member option. However, existing Founding Members, we will continue to provide you with the early release of the grants list through October 2025. Lastly, you can expect some changes in the future layouts of the Upcoming Grants Lists as we work to simplify our process of bringing grants to you.
Many nonprofits and those who have depended on grant funds understand that there can be cycles of feast or famine. These past 6 months have been most akin to famine. With fewer grant opportunities, and most of them smaller pots of funds, the landscape is competitive. The best thing you can do is get ahead of the curve. We have been sharing about how to do this through our Private Funder Engagement Series, which weâll be releasing part two of next month!
To ALL of our subscribers: Today youâll findâŠ
We have a line-up of 29 upcoming grants. You can find deadline spanning from the final day of June to the first of October. Many of the private funders do not publicly list their minimum and maximum award amounts. Based on those that provided award info and the federal grants that are open, there is at least $1.1 M available!
đ± 5 grants for Food Systems, Supply Chain & Nutrition
đ± 5 grants for Ag Business, Vocation, and Workforce Development
đ± 16 grants for the Environment, Community Projects, Education & Awareness
đ± 3 grants for Individual Producers
âïžMonthly paid members receive unlimited access to Upcoming Grants Lists and bonus materials!
If youâre new here, welcome!
We are a team of grant writers advocating for farmers and ranchers. RefontĂȘ Venturesâ Substack, now a monthly Upcoming Grants List, is a reader-supported newsletter that shares grants and other funding opportunities for agriculturalists who are stewarding peopleâs health and that of the planet. We BELIEVE in you, we SUPPORT you, and we insist that funders must too.
Community members of this, what we like to call a âgrant resource cooperative,â have spurred us to pull this together, and it is our pleasure to provide these resources at 80% to 99% less than the cost of existing grant search tools providing the exact same government and private grants out there.

Regenerate Ohio Farms Fund, $15,000
The Elevar Fund was created in 2025 by Michael and Shawn Rubiera. The goal of the Fund is to create opportunities where people are encouraged to take risks and where innovation and creativity are celebrated. We believe in approaching opportunities from a place of curiosity, problem-solving and discovery. In building our company, we were creating the scaffolding as we grew. Often that meant breaking and rebuilding, pivoting, and being unafraid to try something new. Our approach to philanthropy will have an infusion of that same entrepreneurial spirit.
In response to the cancellation and ongoing uncertainty of federal funding, the Elevar Fund, in partnership with Healing Soils Foundation (HSF), is forming the Regenerate Ohio Farms Grant to offset financial disruptions and provide critical relief to Ohio farmers affected by these disruptions.
Application instructions: Submit interest.
